Abstract

Evaluation of broiler diets based on mycological and chemical examination : Thirty broiler feed samples collected from feed bags and Seeders (1 6 starter and 14 hislier diets) were examined. The following results were reported: 1- The incidence of Siulgi in Seed was 98.3%, The incidelice of iimgal co~itauination was higher in samples collected Sron Sceder ( 100%) llian from Seed bags (96.6%). According to their fungal load 86.6% of the examined sainples were jtdgcd as spoiled, 10% as reduced fieslums as 3.3 only as fresh Seed. 2- The avc~a(b 1-1 t{ mtcnts of Moisture, Cnldc protcin, crude Sat and ash in different starter broiler diets were 14.05% - 20.73 - 2.74% ml7.53 respectively. A11 the tested fuigi in different levels between lo3 to 10S/g. Ihe prevalence of rimgal conknination including 13etlicillircnt s. yeast, lirrsa~itint sp., A. jluvas. A. ttigcr, Clahpor.iw2 sp., hhor sp., A. Junr igatus, illd Rhizopus sp. were in the following percentages 75, 75,43.7, 3 1.2, 3 1.2,25, 25, 18.7, illid 6.2 respectively. 3- The average contents of Mois ture, crude protein, fat arid ash in diKerent finisher broiler diets were 14.24%, 18.1 1 %, 3.82%, and 6.1 1 % respectively.
