Abstract
This prospective study was carried out on 21 patients with comminuted distal femur fractures attending the orthopedic surgery department of Tanta University Hospitals from April 2022 to April 2023. The aim of the study was to evaluate the functional and radiological outcomes of double plating (Lateral Locked Plate and Medial Buttress Plate) of comminuted unstable distal femur fractures in adults.
