The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a preventive counseling program directed at mothers, teachers, and kindergarten children to reduce bullying in kindergartens. The program included (24) sessions presented to children and (24) sessions presented to mothers and teachers. The study sample consisted of (20) male and female kindergarten children with high scores on a scale of kindergarten children’s attitudes toward bullying, divided into (10) children in the control group, (10 ) Children in the experimental group, whose ages range from (4.10 - 5.4) with a mean (4.68) and standard deviation (0.45), in addition to a sample of mothers that consisted of (20) who are mothers of children in the study sample, divided into ( 10) mothers in the control group, (10) mothers in the experimental group, their ages range from (25) to (40) years with an arithmetic mean (30.70) and a standard deviation (4.19). The sample of teachers also consisted of (8) kindergarten teachers. Divided into (4) female teachers in the control group, (4) female teachers in the experimental group, their chronological ages range from (32) to (42) years with an arithmetic mean (37.25) and a standard deviation (3.41), and the following tools were applied: The pictorial scale. Kindergarten children’s attitudes towards prevention from bullying (prepared by the researcher), the measure of prevention of bullying in kindergartens from the point of view of mothers (prepared by the researcher), the measure of prevention of bullying in kindergartens from the point of view of teachers (prepared by the researcher) and the preventive counseling program (prepared by the researcher) The results resulted in the effectiveness of the preventive counseling program in reducing bullying in kindergartens, as statistically significant differences were found between the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group (children - mothers - teachers), and the presence of differences between the pre- and post-measurements in favor of the post-measurement, and the absence of differences between the two post-measurements
