This study aimed to provide a proposed vision for the requirements of enhancing people with disabilities’ enjoyment of their rights in kindergartens in Damietta in the light of contemporary global trends. By identifying the reality of activating the educational rights of people with disabilities in kindergartens in Damietta and knowing the most important obstacles that prevent them from enjoying those educational rights and reaching the most important requirements necessary to enhance the enjoyment of educational rights by children with disabilities from the point of view of the principals, mentors and teachers of kindergartens in Damietta, and the study used the research method Descriptive in its analytical survey style due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The study population consisted of all the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta, who numbered (249) principals, the mentors of kindergartens in Damietta, who numbered (25), and the teachers of kindergartens in Damietta, who numbered (1245) teachers for the academic year 2022/2023 AD, and the “questionnaire” was applied. The study tool was based on a random sample consisting of (38) principals, whose percentage was about (15.26%) of the total number of principals of kindergarten institutions in Damietta, and (15) mentors, whose percentage was (60%) of the total number of mentors, and (297) female teachers. Their percentage is (23.86%) of the total number of kindergarten teachers in Damietta, so that their response reflects the real reality of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate, The study concluded that the fact that children with disabilities enjoy their educational rights in kindergartens in Damietta in the light of contemporary global trends suffers from some obstacles represented in: lack of appropriate curricula for different disability groups, high density of children within kindergartens in a way that is not commensurate with meeting the enjoyment of children with disabilities of their educational rights, The lack of suitable educational buildings for security and safety factors within the kindergarten. The study recommended the following: adopting the proposed concept adopted by the study, the necessity of knowing all legislation and laws supporting everything related to people with disabilities in the educational process, providing support and support from senior management to facilitate the enjoyment of educational rights by children with disabilities, The need to put forward alternative plans to deal with emergency conditions and quickly overcome them, the need to provide the required equipment for each kindergarten to meet the needs and requirements of each child.
