This study aimed to identify the role of career ethics in promoting a culture of total quality (applied to health management in Dekernes). And also measure the degree of difference in the opinions of workers according to demographic variables.A proposed model of the study was designed to be used as a guide to assess the relationship between the two variables of the study. The survey list was also designed for this and was directed to the health administration staff by personal interview, and to analyze the primary data of the study, the statistical program SPSS was used to enter the primary data. The size of the research population was (1060) single and a stratified sample of (282) single was taken, and the results of the statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between the dimensions of professional ethics and the dimensions of the culture of total quality.It also explained the existence of a significant impact of the dimensions of career ethics on the dimensions of culture and total quality according to the awareness of the employees of the health administration in Dekernes. Also, there are no significant differences between the opinions of the health administration workers in the study about the practices of career ethics and the culture of total quality due to their different demographic characteristics (gender - age - academic qualification - job ) except years of experience.
