Abstract

The aim of this work is to synthesis a mixed matrix membranes (PES)
with the adding of (ACNPs) to the synthesized pristine membrane with
different loading of concentration by phase inversion technique using
DR blade technique in order to study the characterization and
mechanical properties which effect on the adsorption process of the
fabricated membranes for waste water treatment application. The result
shows an enhancement in the characterization and on the mechanical
properties with the adding of AC as nanoparticles to pristine membrane
that’s help to be used in the filtration field. The adsorption ability of
organic dyes improved and become faster with using the enhanced
(MMMs) which studied under the effect of ultra violet light. This work
point to that ACNPS can be used as an alternate adsorbent for
elimination of organic dye, owing to its low price and great efficiency
of adsorption capability
