Abstract
In Conclusion in this study we have presented evidence
from interventional case series showing satisfactory degree of
effectiveness and safety of both surgical management and
sclerotherapy for management of branchial lesions
Based on the limited available evidence , sclerotherapy can
be offered as first line management option for cases with cyst
lesions in branchial arches particularly the first/second arch
lesions due to the simplicity ,of these lesions and its relative
cost effectiveness as compared to surgical procedures.
There is a need for larger studies based on national
registries with standardized diagnostic citeria and treatment
protocols to allow for more definitive conclusions on best
treatment strategies for branchial lesions
