Praise be to God who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and blessings and peace be upon the one who was sent with the mosques of the words, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, his family, his companions, and those who followed them in goodness until the Day of Judgment, and after:This study (Jami` al-Kalam fi Ahadith al-Ibadat, Sunan Abi Dawood, Ibn Majah and al-Tirmidhi as a model) includes an introduction, a preface, four chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources, references, and indexes.Introduction: It includes a presentation of the importance of the topic, the motives of the study, previous studies, the approach followed, and the limits of the study.The preamble: It contains a larification of the meaning of the conjugates of words, both linguistically and idiomatically, and what are the congregations? And the definition of the three nation, the owners of the books under study.The first chapter: news and creation, and it includes two topics, the first topic: the implications of the news style, the second topic: the implications of the construction method.The second chapter: Definition and denial, and it includes two topics. The first topic: Definition indications, denial indications.Chapter Three: Presentation and Delay.The fourth chapter: Briefness and its characteristics: It contains two sections, the first topic: Briefing the deletion and its paths, the second topic: Briefing the palace and its paths.Conclusion: The research is appended with a conclusion in which some of the search results are presented.List of sources and references: from which the researcher reported.Indexes: Index of hadiths, and index of topics.This study demonstrated:1-The hadiths under study are among the hadiths that are not narrated with meaning, because they are among the hadiths of the rulers And I have been given all the words” applies to everything that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, spoke.3-The accuracy and clarity of the method used with brevity, and this is consistent with the hadiths of rulings and worship.
