Recommendations
• The importance of implementing an educational Training program for nurses to improve their performance regarding arterial line complications.
• Developing a simplified and comprehensive booklet including guidelines about nursing care of arterial line and how to avoid complications.
• Replication of the current study on large sample and different hospitals settings to be able to generalize the results.
• Further study is recommended to evaluate the reflection of educational training program regarding arterial line complications on nurses’ performance and consequently on the patients outcomes.
