Abstract

The main objective of this study to evaluated the fully replacing of natural aggregate (NA) by construction wastes (CW), full replace of natural sand (NS) by foundry sand (FS) and full replacement of ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) by cementitious materials on the different mechanical properties of different concrete mixtures as sustainability concrete mixture which can be used in different construction products.
The preparation of mixes was Investigated the properties of all green concrete mixes like density, setting time, slump, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), copresive sterngth and water absorption in different ages 7, 28 and 90 days.
The study found that the utilization of wastes in green concrete production so by reusing and recycling of these waste materials as raw materials in the manufacturing of construction products have a great contribution to the economy and to the environment by minimizing polluting effects coming from different plants.
