Abstract

Fruit processing produces large amounts of waste, which is in the
peels and seeds, etc. Its disposal represents a big problem that required
direction to exploit these waste uses more useful, such as use as additives
for food or feed supplement because they contain a high nutritional value
of earning great importance. Also headed low profile to be used in the
treatment earning them a great economic importance, since it is well
known that these products represent an important source of sugars,
minerals and organic acids, in addition to dietary fiber and polyphenols
which have many adverse effects of cancers, viruses and bacteria and
heart disease, the research aims to evaluate the possibility of eating
products secondary resulting from the manufacture of certain fruits such
as grapes (seeds), oranges (peels) as a source of high-value compounds in
the treatment of cancers and viruses .In recent years, significant progress
in the development of new antiviral drugs and cancer event
It was found that natural products and plant compounds derived
(phytochemicals), are important for the pharmaceutical anti-viral. The
potential sources raised the inadequacy of the current methods for the
treatment of cancer search for new strategies, which are more effective
and have a greater acceptance patient is due to the high toxicity
associated current treatment for cancer system, an increasing number of
patients resort to complementary therapies, which often involve the use
of natural products, phytochemicals specifically, given the widespread
use of these products and complementary therapies in many diseases,
including cancer, it has become it is necessary to characterize these
compounds scientifically and understand the mechanism of action. The
grape seeds from plant products which are used as feed supplement extract. The effectiveness of grape seed extract has been shown as an
antidote to many types of cancers such as lung, breast and colon, as
recommended by some epidemiological studies that diets containing
Alvitusterol of orange peel (albedo) reduces the risk of colon cancer and
breast cancer in humans
This study developed in order to assess the activity of grape seeds and
orange peel extracts albedo as anti-virus and cancer cells and the effect of
these extracts on the genes responsible for the death of cancer cells
So it was the work of Ithanolic and Mithanolic extracts from both grape
seeds and orange peels albedo and test the effect of each of them to the
cancer cells such as breast and colon cells, and to identify deadly for fifty
percent of the cells focus using dye : methyl Thiazulal diphenyl
Ttrasulam bromide (MTT) .As it has been addressed breast cancer and
colon cancer cell, extracts tested for 24 hours and examined under the
microscope to determine the inverted cellular morphological changes. As
well as study the effect of different concentrations of the extracts tested
the genes responsible for programmed cell death using the polymerase
chain reaction to genes: P – 53, Bax, BCL -2.
The effect of tested extracts evaluated as materials retardant viruses Rift
Valley Fever virus and hepatitis A virus , by identifying the security
focus of these extracts on cells Vero using the MTT dye, has been used
these concentrations in the study of the impact damper of these extracts
on viruses tested by identifying the rate of decline the concentration of
the virus after treatment Vero cells visits extracts tested positive for the
virus before and again after injury and compared with a concentration of
the virus to cells untreated extracts tested.biological potential of the extracts. You should achieve higher level of
characterization of the contents of the extracts and evaluated to target the
most promising parts of which have a higher biological activity.
