المستخلص This study aimed to determine the impact of emotional intelligence on the organizational loyalty, applied study on government institutions in the province of Duhok Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This study was conducted using a random sample method with a size of (381) of employees in governmental institutions in the province of Duhok Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and the number of valid questionnaires was (324), (SPSS). program was used for analysis of the data obtained. The results showed the existence of a positive relationship with statistical significant between emotional intelligence and organizational loyalty, as there is a positive with significant effect of dimensions of emotional intelligence on the organizational loyalty dimensions. As well as, the study found that there is significant differences of dimensions of emotional intelligence in their impact on organizational loyalty. |
