Abstract
Each group consisted of 20 male rats, the rats fed on basal diet(-ve control), HFD (+ve control), HFD only for 4 weeks followed by
administration of curcumin crude extract orally in a dose of 80 mg/kg body weight day after day beside continuation feeding on HFD (G3), fed on HFD only for 4 weeks then administered seeds crude aqueous extract
of coriander sativum orally in a dose of 500 mg/kg body weight beside continuation of feeding on HFD(G4), basal diet and administered curcumin orally in a dose of 80 mg/kg body weight day after day for4 weeks followed by feeding on HFD and continuation of administration of curcumin orally in a dose of 80 mg/kg body weight day after day(G5)basal diet and administered coriander sativum aqueous suspension orally in a dose of 500 mg/kg body weight day after day for 4 weeks followed by feeding on HFDand continuation of administration of coriander sativum aqueous suspension orally in a dose of 500 mg/kg body weight day after day (G6).
