Abstract

One hundred and eighty chickens in the age of one day were used in this study. These chickens were classified into nine equal groups. Each group was consisted of 20 chickens. The 1 st group vaccinated with Coccivac B at the age of 1 st day by eye DROP. The second group vaccinated with Coccivac D at the age of 1 st day by eye DROP method. The 3rd group was vaccinated with coccivac ”8” at the age of 1 st day by eye DROP and challenged at 4th week of age by (106) mixed sporulated coccidial oocysts. The 4th group was vaccinated with cocci vac ”B” 1 st day of age by eye DROP and challenged at 4th week of age by (106) mixed sporulated coccidial oocysts and Cl. perfringens. The 5th group was vaccinated with coccivac D at 1 st day of age by eye DROP and challenged at the age of 60th day old by (106) mixed sporulated coccidial oocysts. TIle 6th group was vaccinated by coccivac ”D” at 1 st day of age by eye DROP and challenged at 60th day old by (106) mixed sorulated coccidial oocysts and Cl. perfringens. The ih group non-vaccinated and infected at the age of 4 weeks old by (106) mixed sporulated coccidial oocysts. The 8th group non vaccinated and infected at the age of 4 weeks by Cl. perfringens.
