2- To assess the apoptotic changes in the trophoblastic cell in
normal term placentae and in term placentae complicated by
either preeclampsia and I U G R and its correlation with doppler velocity of the umbilical and uterine arteries .
1- To demonstrate a possible rules of apoptosis in placenta in
relation to the pathophysiology of preeclampsia and IU G R .
