المستخلص relationship between the extent of awareness of heads of household rationalization of consumption of food and method of college students in spending on fast food .This is achieved through the sub-aims. Applying of tools: For the study sample consisting of 280 university students and their mothers included on 280 university students and their mothers, males, females in both rural and urban levels of different socio-economic and a sample of the study included Mansoura way psoriasis object The results of the research : 1- There is a positive correlation between awareness of heads of household food consumption and the rationalization of the manner of college students spend on junk food. 2- There are no significant differences statistically between the heads of urban households and rural areas in each of the variable (information and knowledge - practice - awareness of heads of household rationalization of food consumption), while there is significant differences statistically between the students of urban and rural areas in the way of spending their university students on fast food for the benefit of rural students. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the working heads of households and non-working practices in a variable, no statistically significant differences between the children of university students working heads of households and non-working children in the way college students spend on fast food, while there are significant differences statistically between the heads of households of women workers and workers in the variable (information and knowledge - all expressions of the questionnaire the awareness of heads of household food consumption rationalization) for heads of household workers. 4- There is statistically significant differences between the study sample in the consciousness of the family goddess of the rationalization of the centrality of food consumption and the type of expense for the benefit of her children spent monthly and there is no discrepancy between the way college students (study sample) spend on fast food and the type of their pocket money.
