Abstract

In this study, we will discuss how to improve the performance of the diesel engine and reduce environmentally polluting emissions resulting from the combustion process. This is done by using different types of environmentally friendly fuels and achieving the mixing process with diesel. This is done first by mixing ammonia hydroxide with diesel and choosing the best ratio, then injecting it with different types of fuel, either by direct injection or using advanced pre-mixed charge compression ignition (PCCI). The mixing process will be studied of biodiesel with diesel and hydroxide using a direct injection system and comparing the results with those in the case of diesel only. In the next stage, the injection system will be developed from the traditional system to PCCI, and the CNG gas will be injected with a mixture of diesel and ammonia hydroxide, after that LPG will be injected with a mixture of diesel and ammonia hydroxide and the results of each mixture will be compared to the results of diesel alone.
