Introduction and research problem:
The education process aims to develop and develop the learner’s personality, abilities and preparations, modify his behavior and acquire more different skills, both physically and psychologically. Mentally and socially, in a manner consistent with the educational goals set, so the teacher’s ability to provide an active learning environment that helps the learner to acquire the desired knowledge, information, skills, experiences and trends using the best appropriate scientific and technical methods and means, and this contributes greatly to the success of the educational process.
Zakaria Ahmed El-Sherbiny” (2006) that there are some teaching methods that develop the learner’s self-reliance on the one hand, and understanding and acquiring learning skills on the other hand, and they reduce his dependence on the teacher, but the cognitive sources are completely irreplaceable as one of the knowledge sources.
Amin Anwar al-Khouli, Jamal al-Din al-Shafi’I (2000 AD) believes that contemporary physical education programs have become an acceptable synonym for physical education curricula. The constructivist theory is also one of the most Important educational trends that receive wide popularity and increasing interest in educational thought and contemporary teaching, as Abdul Mohsen Salem Al-Aqili (2005 AD) mentions that it is a new theory in teaching and learning based on the Idea of teaching for understanding, adopting the student as the center of the educational process, that is. Teaching Is based on the principle that the student is an active and positive learner. As for the teacher, he is a coach and a leader of the learning process.
Kamal Abdel Hamid Zaitoun and Adel Al-Saeed Al-Banna (2001 AD) explain that the constructivist theory aims to Improve the quality of education and prepare learners and prepare learners with a degree of abilityTo learn in a more complex world and thus be more able to adapt to a more changing world in the light of constant developments and changes without interruption. The researcher believes that learning and mastering the basic skills in football is one of the most important factors that help the learner to achieve victory, as it is not possible to carry out any offensive or defensive tactical duty except through good mastery of these skills.
Therefore, teaching methods play an important role in the novice’s learning of these skills that the teacher performs in order to be able to overcome weaknesses or difficulties at the beginning of the novice’s learning of the skill.
Football is characterized by the multiplicity of skills as basic requirements for its practice, and it is distinguished by this feature from other different games, where the performance is performed in a different way and in almost all parts of the body.
Through the researcher’s practice of the teaching profession as a student teacher in the field training of the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methods at the Faculty of Physical Education in the New Valley for the preparatory schools in the New Valley Governorate, the researcher noticed that the methods and methods of teaching used depend on the indoctrination of skills, verbal explanation and model performance only by the teacher, which is what It shows the lack of knowledge of their knowledge and their lack of knowledge of modern methods of education, and the failure to keep pace with the scientific experiences of the students and the advancement of the sport of football towards new scientific horizons, not limited to traditional education only, but rather with positive reference through the learner.
The researcher believes that the treatment of this weakness requires scientific foundations based on the use of constructivist learning of methodological skills for middle school students, where those in charge of teaching football must keep in mind the development of modern methods and methods of education that make students have the ability to innovate in the performance of football skills the foot.
Through the researcher’s briefing on many scientific studies related to modern teaching methods, the Lebanese learning model was reached in order to try to benefit from what it offers in order to keep pace with scientific development, and to develop individuals capable of keeping pace with the times and achieving educational development, so it was necessary to contribute to this by taking advantage of the available capabilities.
There are modern educational methods and methods and benefit from them in the constructivist learning program that helps students build their concepts and knowledge to raise the level of skill performance, as the methods used teach the method of skill performance only and do not link to learning outcomes. Research Objective: The research aims to design a proposed educational program using the constructivist learning model for methodological skills in football for middle school students.

The terms included in the research:
The Constructivist learning Model: -
It is defined as a cognitive model that derives from the constructivist theory and is used as a teaching strategy in order to provide the appropriate educational conditions for the individual to build knowledge himself through collective participation. This model consists of five stages, respectively. (The stage of advocacy, the stage of exploration, the stage of discovery and innovation, the stage of suggesting explanations and solutions, the stage of taking action), (47: 137)
Methodological skills in football:
they are all the necessary and purposeful movements that lead to a specific purpose, whether these movements are with the ball or write it and which they include The plan of the Ministry of Education developed by experts and specialists in physical education curricula in football and for all the different stages of education (14:163).
Statistical treatments:
The researcher used the following statistical treatments:
Arithmetic mean
Mediator standard deviation coefficient of distinction
stimated degree correlation coefficient skew coefficient.
Ease and difficulty coefficient – T.test
Conclusions:
within the limits of the nature and field of research and its objective and in light of the research hypotheses, the method used and the nature of the sample and through the statistical analysis of the data, the following conclusions were reached:
1- The proposed educational program applied to the research sample led to an improvement in the level of skill performance of the basic skills in a ball .
2- The proposed educational program using the constructivist theory has an effective effect on improving the level of basic football skills for third year middle school students.
3- The highest percentage of improvement in the skill level was in basic football skills and it reached (104.69%).
2/5 Recommendations Based on the conclusions related to the topic of the research, the researcher makes the following recommendations:
1- Paying attention to the application of the proposed program using the constructivist theory in teaching basic football skills to high school students to avoid technical performance errors.
2- Using the technical performance evaluation form for the skills in question when teaching and training students, which helps in objective follow-up of technical points and errors that may appear.
3- Conducting more studies and research that use the constructivist theory in the field of learning at the level of third year middle school students to advance the educational process first and reach them to the stage of championships later.
