Summary of the research in Arabic
Introduction and research problem:
Physical sports practitioners during training or during competitions are exposed to many injuries, whether large or small, as sports injuries represent one of the most important basic obstacles that prevent the achievement of the expected dynamic development of the heroic level, which It always aims to grow through the process of gradual development of sports training codified in a scientific manner
As many sports injuries occur when practicing physical education and sports, we can therefore prevent the possibility of many of these injuries occurring if these practices are carried out in accordance with the foundations of the correct scientific principles in this matter. Otherwise, the chances of these injuries increasing in the event of a lack of correct understanding or failure to adhere to these foundations and principles.
The knee joint is considered one of the joints in the body most vulnerable to injury, and the subsequent inability to move and maintain the body’s balance as a result of a tear or tear in one of the ligaments. Or cartilage, which requires the need to take care of this joint and study the best methods and means for rehabilitation after injury. (
Arnheim Daniep (2007) Arnheim Daniep points out that by reviewing the various aspects of the nature of sports performance and what it requires in terms of contact and contact between players, in addition to the speed of motor performance from the continuous and rapid change of body positions according to the playing conditions, the biggest obstacle is the weight of the body during rotation. Changes in conditions occur on the knee joint (
Naylor, et al (2006) see that the cruciate ligament is one of the important ligaments in the human body, which resembles a rope that connects its upper end to the femur and its lower end to the tibia. It is a pair of ligaments present in the knee. They intersect in the shape of the letter (x), hence the name cruciform. They are also known as (cross-linking). Its mission in general is to provide an element of stability for the knee joint by preventing exceeding the upper limit of movement in the forward directions or in the internal rotational direction in the event that the foot is stationary on the ground. Which, if it happens, leads to a dislocation of the knee joint, and from here its importance in movement is complete.
Mohamed Al-Rafidi (2007 AD) adds that the anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the most common knee injuries and has the most impact on performance requirements during activity. As for treatment, intervention is Surgical surgery using laparoscopy is the most common procedure, and then comes the utmost importance of physical therapy and rehabilitation, which is no less important than surgical intervention.
The results of many studies, including the study of Rannou et al (2007 AD) and the study of Artz et al (2013 AD), have confirmed that there are a number of influential factors that lead to and work on injury to the cruciate ligament, both its anterior and posterior types, as well as All knee injuries, and the first of these factors is the weakness of the surrounding muscles, which affects the movement of the knee. Also, all knee injuries, and the first of these factors is the weakness of the surrounding muscles, which affects the movement of the knee joint, and also the lack of coordination in the knee movements. This usually occurs due to constant stress, as well as lack of good rehabilitation after long-term injuries, and this leads to The knee joint or muscles make involuntary movements in different directions, which sometimes leads to various injuries to the knee and other factors that affect asymmetry or neuromuscular harmony. This explains that the brain wants to perform a specific movement and the muscle responses are either delayed or advanced. Suitable for the required performance, especially in the muscles surrounding the knee joint.
Therapeutic exercises of various types are one of the most important different means of motor rehabilitation and are the most important steps in motor treatment for the injured person due to the importance of physical exercises in maintaining the health and fitness of the injured player, reducing complications of the body’s vital organs and restoring confidence. The injured player himself has the ability to perform movement normally.
Khairiya Al-Askari and Muhammad Bariqa (2000 AD) also point out the benefits of aqua rehabilitation exercises, which are represented in increasing the duration of movement with less pain as a result of the lack of gravity, as well as restoring muscle strength through the possibility Moving muscles under water and also adjusting balance by controlling quantitative balance as a result of moving in various directions in a dynamic and resistant environment. Water rehabilitation exercises also provide a safety factor as they treat many diseases and injuries without any side effects.
Hydrotherapy represents one of the three basic branches of rehabilitation and physical therapy methods, which consists of both motor therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy. This branch includes all external applications of methods for the purpose of treatment. Great scientific progress has been made, with God’s help and grace, in the modern devices, as we can now use water. In treatment and creating rehabilitation programs by using the aqueous environment.
In light of the above, and through the researcher’s work as an injury and rehabilitation specialist in the junior and youth football teams at the Arab Contractors Sports Club, and through reviewing the club’s sports injury records, especially a torn anterior cruciate ligament, qualifying methods, therapeutic and rehabilitative programs, and the rehabilitation period until the player returns to full fitness, and The researcher designed a program aimed at returning injured athletes to their normal state before the injury occurred and trying to find modern and scientific methods to rehabilitate the anterior cruciate ligament injury through a set of moderate-intensity exercises inside and outside the water for the purpose of rehabilitating the knee joint by restoring the range of motion and strengthening the muscles working on it. This was It is the researcher’s main motivation to create a rehabilitation program inside and outside the water to rehabilitate players with a torn anterior cruciate ligament after surgery.
The importance of the research
The importance of the research is to create a rehabilitation program inside and outside the water that helps the player’s return after a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
