المستخلص The study aimed to identify the reality of achieving administrative transparency in Al-Azhar institutes in Sohag Governorate in the light of the entrance to electronic governance, and the researcher used the descriptive approach and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of (85) phrases distributed on three axes, the first: the reality of achieving administrative transparency in the management of Al-Azhar institutes, and the second is the reality of applying electronic governance standards in Al-Azhar institutes, and the third is obstacles to achieving administrative transparency in Al-Azhar institutes in light of electronic governance standards, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (475) teachers, and the study concluded that The following results: that the reality of achieving administrative transparency in the management of Al-Azhar institutes came with an average degree with an arithmetic average (2.61) and that the reality of applying electronic governance standards in Al-Azhar institutes came with an average degree with an arithmetic average (2.10) and that the obstacles to achieving administrative transparency in Al-Azhar institutes in light of electronic governance standards came with an average degree (2.21), and the study recommends increasing the pursuit of the Azhar institutes sector in providing modern technological methods to achieve administrative transparency in Al-Azhar institutes and providing electronic meetings in which the institute’s administration consults with teachers Before making decisions, saving many computers and increasing the financial resources allocated in this regard.
