Abstract
We used the available NGS data to develop robust markers differentiating between salt-tolerant and sensitive wheat cultivars. We analyzed multi-transcriptomic datasets to identify the shared differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The DEGs were extracted and compared to obtain all SNPs. A SNP located in the promotor area of the MIOX-1 gene was found to be heterozygous (C/G) in Gemmeiza-9, whereas in Sakha-93 was homozygous (C/C).
