The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program in the development of Perception and verbal communication among a sample of children with an autism spectrum disorder, The study sample consisted of (10) children with autism spectrum disorder (5 subjects as an experimental group) were exposed to the training program, and control group consists of (5 subjects as an control group) were not exposed to the training program, The study included the following tools: Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, Fifth Edition, Gilliam Autism Scale, Perception Scale, Verbal Communication, The training program (prepared by the researcher), Results of the study showed that There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group members and the mean scores of the control group members in the post-test on the dimensions (visual perception, auditory perception) and the total score of the perception scale in the direction of the experimental group members, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post test on dimensions (visual perception, auditory perception) and the total score of the perception scale in the direction of the post test, There are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group in the post and follow-up test on the dimensions (visual perception, auditory perception) and the total score of the perception scale used in the study, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group members and the mean scores of the control group members in the post-test on the dimensions (question, request, verbal expression, spontaneous language, verbal response) and the total score of the verbal communication scale towards the experimental group members, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post test on the dimensions (question, request, verbal expression, spontaneous language, verbal response) and the total score of the verbal communication scale in the direction of the post test, There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and follow-up test on the dimensions (question, request, verbal expression, spontaneous language, verbal response) and the total score of the verbal communication scale used in the study.
