The security institution is the first and main component in increasing the rates of economic development, also security and economy are linked by a reciprocal relationship that affected by it positively and negatively. In order to achieve security and stability in society there must be security more than money, human, honor and implementing of laws that represent the security of society. Economic stability due to the availability of security stability, which means spreading reassurance in production, increasing production, and increasing the rate of productivity. Therefore, raising the Efficiency of the security establishment affects achieving security stability, which is the path to economic stable. And its availability with the economic growth in Malaysia and its economic renaissance and the extent of benefiting from it in Egypt and achieve economic growth, because it is the major problem facing now societies in general and developing countries in particular. As the word development has become associated with multiple things, which considered a field for research and study, so we discussed the role of the security institute and the extent of its effectiveness and impact on the economic growth of societies in general and Egypt in particular.
