Abstract

Human resources have different fields in corporate personnel management. This research aims to avoid the traditional method of selecting a candidate for a particular job or restructuring an institution where the choice was based on a personal opinion of the work side of the candidates supported by some historical data associated with this work. The scope of this research is to develop a smart computerized approach to automate the way staffs are distributed to jobs in an objective and transparent manner consistent with the qualifications, experience and personal characteristics of candidates for the job. Also, the system approach aims to reduce critical skill shortage risk in technical and administrative excellence of staff, which is one of the risk types facing human resources management by designing various reports in the software tool give upper management some recommendation and risk alarm leading them to make important decisions in the organization. Initially, a software tool was established to collect employee{u2019}s data including their qualifications, experience and some of their personal characterise (leadership skills, communication skills...etc.).Then the output of the software as dataset will enter a mining tool using classification decision tree technique to predict several models tested first on a test set and then apply it to a new training set
