The world is experiencing an unprecedented boom in the history of human development, and despite the technological development that occurred in society, man has become exposed to many health risks resulting from this development and his use of the machine in all his daily work. The World Health Organization confirms in its report that the increasing dangers surrounding the health of the individual Including the difficulty of practicing physical activity and consequently increasing the diseases resulting from it. Perhaps the most important of which is weight gain, as a result of the wrong diet, bad habits and behaviors. With the lack of movement, the modern person has lost one of the most important lines of defense that stand in the way of many diseases that affect the vital organs of the body. Childhood is one of the most important stages, during which health habits are formed that accompany the individual and affect his behavior for life, such as the child taking a certain position, whether playing, walking, or during rest and sleep, until later it becomes a habit that appears consciously in his movement and behavior. BMI can be measured in school programs where programs are implemented in schools for the purposes of monitoring and student winning, and a BMI monitoring program to assess specific weight status of individuals (for example, students in each individual school, school district or country) to determine the percentage of students who are likely to be overweight. It is noticeable that childhood obesity is widespread in Egypt in a way that causes concern, as the percentage of overweight among children reached 15% after it was only 7% in the eighties. Nutritional awareness and improper eating habits, in addition to the lack of interest in providing the appropriate time and place for sports activity, and that the number of children suffering from obesity in Egypt will be very close to its average in industrialized countries. It also confirms that the number of children suffering from obesity will double by the end of the first decade of The current century, health experts warn that children suffering from obesity, who are increasing day by day, will cause an increase in the number of people with blood pressure and diabetes.
