Abstract

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION
Poultry production in Egypt is an industry, not an ordinary agricultural activity. One of the biggest items of operating costs is the energy needed for these mega projects, as the energy consumed for the heating process is 55-60% of the total energy of the farm, and with an energy crisis in terms of costs and lack of availability in remote areas And far away, so we had to find an alternative and renewable source for the environment, as solar energy is one of the new and renewable energy sources that are abundant in Egyptian lands. The solar radiation on Egypt range from 5 to 8 kWh.m-2 per day with about 3500 sunshine hours per year.
In this study, trombe wall was used as a means of collecting and storing heat, in order to provide the necessary heating to the broiler, which vary the temperature required to insure the life of those broiler, all parameters were performed without using the ventilation control system . where several parameters were conducted on trombe wall, and was the best the use
• The area of trombe wall was 100% of the area facing the south wall.
• The concrete wall to store heat during the charging period from the sun and discharging it during the night hours.
• The double glass to reduce thermal losses through it.
• The thickness of the ventilation air gap 5cm.
• The isolation is the component of black gypsum Board thickness 1.2 cm and glass wool thickness 2.54 cm.
Through these results, a temperature of 30 ˚C was needed for poultry at the beginning of its life , for a period of 13 hours and 55 minute of 24 hours. It was provided 58 % from the energy consumed in poultry houses by traditional methods. In addition to the maximum temperature difference required to reach 30˚C was 3.7 ˚C, which was provided through a 100-watt bulb, it was programmed to work when the temperature of the house was less than the degree required to age of poultry.
when comparing the average weight of chicks under experiment with the standard weight of the breed, we found that the same weight was gained approximately until the age of 15 days and then we found that the chicks under experiment decrease the average weight gained due to the increase in the density of chicks in relation to the area, and just by excluding almost half of them and so finding Average weights obtained above standard breed weight. There is no mortality of poultry.
The percentage of carbon dioxide and ammonia in poultry house air does not exceed the standard ratio. As the relative humidity obtained (58:94) %
Recommendations:
1. More researches are needed to be established on big scale trombe wall to be able to store high temperature for many days.
2. Perform programming on the control panel by sending an alert message on the mobile when there is a malfunction in one of the sensors, to avoid any problem with poultry.
3. Development of a ventilation control system based on temperature and relative humidity, not just temperature, to avoid humidity condensation in the early hours of the day inside the poultry house.
