The study aims to identify the reality of the management of graduate programs in the professional master’s system in Egyptian universities (Mansoura, Alexandria, Ain Shams) from the point of view of faculty members and students, and the study community consists of all faculty members and students enrolled in the professional master’s program at the University of Mansoura, Alexandria and Ain Shams The study sample was (99), and many statistical methods were used, most notably the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and One Way ANOVA. The study concluded that there were no significant differences between the opinions of the research sample of students in the universities under study due to the gender variable and the student qualification variable (trade - non-commerce) with regard to the inputs, processes and outputs of the professional master’s programs, while there are significant differences between the opinions of the research sample of students in the universities under study due to the academic level variable in relation to the operations of professional master’s programs.
