ملخص الرسالة باللغة العربيةأولًا : مشكلة الدراسة :اتسم بالإيجابية أحيانًا والسلبية أحيانًا أخرى في أثناء عرض جرائم المرأة المختلفة؛ وهو ما يستدعى الحاجة إلى تحليل عرض جرائم المرأة فى الصحف المصرية القومية والمتخصصة والحزبية والخاصة، ومن هنا يمكن تحديد المشكلة البحثية فى التعرف على على مدى التزام الصحافة المصرية بأختلاف تيارتها ( القومية – المتخصصة – الحزبية – الخاصة ) بمسئوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه القارئ فى معالجتها وعرضها لجرائم المرأة .ثانيًا أهداف الدراسة :تسعى الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس هو: إلى أى مدى تلتزم الصحف المصرية (القومية، الحزبية، الخاصة، المتخصصة) كمًّا وكيفًا بمسئوليتها الاجتماعية فى معالجتها لبعض جرائم المرأة، وينبثق من الهدف الرئيسى عدة أهداف فرعية، هى:رصد جرائم المرأة التى تناولتها صحف الدراسة . التعرف على مدى اتفاق / اختلاف صحف الدراسة فى تناولها ومعالجتها لجرائم المرأة خلال فترة الدراسة .- الكشف عن دوافع إجرام المرأة فى صحف الدراسة.- الكشف عن أساليب المعالجة الصحفية لجرائم المرأة .
5- تفسير إهتمام صحف الدراسة بجرائم المرأة فى ضوء نظرية المسئولية الإجتماعية من حيث الدقة والصدق والموضوعية والحيادية واحترام خصوصية الأفراد .- تحليل جرائم المرأة فى ضوء النظرية النسوية .- التعرف على مصادر صحف الدراسة التى تعتمد عليها فى معالجتها لجرائم المرأة .- رصد أبرز الأشكال و الفنون الصحفية المستخدمة فى تقديم المادة الصحفية المنشورة فى صحف الدراسة.- تحديد موقع نشر جرائم المرأة فى صحف الدراسة .- التعرف على عناصر الجذب المستخدمة فى عرض جرائم المرأة ، من صور ورسوم ومستندات مصاحبة للمادة المنشورة . ثالثًا الأطار النظرى : تنطلق هذه الدراسة فى إطارها النظرى من معطيات نظرية المسئولية الأجتماعية والأخلاقية لوسائل الإعلام والمنظور النسوى .رابعًا الأطار المنهجى : تنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى ” الدراسات أو البحوث الوصفية والتفسيرية والتى تهدف إلى وصف الظاهرة وتحليلها ، وذلك من خلال جمع البيانات والمعلومات ، ولذلك اعتمدت الباحثة على منهجى (المسح الإعلامى ، المقارن) لتناسبهما مع طبيعة الدراسة .
واعتمدت الدراسة فى جمع البيانات على الأدوات التالية:(استمارة تحليل المضمون ، المقابلات ، الوثائق الرسمية )عينة الدراسة روعى فى عينة الدراسة أن تكون ممثلة للصحف المصرية بتياراتها (القومية، الحزبية، الخاصة، المتخصصة) بما تمثلها (صحيفة الأهرام، الوفد، المصرى اليوم، أخبار الحوادث) فى الفترة من 1يناير2015 حتى 31ديسمبر 2017 .أهم نتائج للدراسة .أختلفت السياسة التحريرية للصحف عينة الدراسة الاهرام – أخبار الحوادث – الوفد – المصرى اليوم) فى نشرها لاخبار جرائم المرأة خلال فترة الدراسة التحليلية . إهتمت صحف الدراسة بتناول جرائم القتل فى مقدمة تناولها للجرائم التى إرتكبتها المرأة ، يلها جرائم الدعارة ، ثم جرائم السرقة ، ثم جاءت بعد ذلك باقى الجرائم من خطف – رشوة – تزوير – نصب ....،- ولم تهتم صحف الدراسة بنشر الخصائص الديموجرافية للمرأة المجرمة إلتزمت صحف الدراسة بأبعاد نظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية للصحافة أثناء نشر جرائم المرأة حيث جاء الالتزام من حيث إسناد المعلومات لمصادر محددة والالتزام بالصدق والدقة والشمولية أثناء عرض الموضوعات الصحفية الخاصة بجرائم المرأة ، ولكن لم تلتزم بمسئوليتها الاجتماعية من حيث إحتام خصوصية الافراد فى بعض الموضوعات الصحفية ، بالاضافة الى نشر الموضوعات الصحفية قبل الحكم النهائى وقبل وقوف المتهمة أمام القضاء العادل .- أوضحت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية إحتلال ”المواد الإخبارية” مقدمة الفنون الصحفية المستخدمة فى صحف الدراسة خلال فترة التحليل؛ وأخيرًا جاءت ”المواد الاستقصائية”، في حين لم تتناول صحف الدراسة فنون مواد الرأى في أثناء تناول جرائم المرأ
<SummaryFirst: The problem of the study and its importance The performance of newspapers is characterized sometimes by positive and sometimes by negative other manner during presenting various women’s crimes summoned the need to analyze displaying women’s crimes in the Egyptian national, specialized, partisan and private newspapers, and therefore can determine the research problem in identifying the extent of the commitment the Egyptian press for social responsibility in treatment and exposing women’s crimes.Second: The objectives of the study: - The study seeks to achieve the major goal is: to what extent is committed to newspapers (National, partisan, private, and specialized) quantity and quality with social responsibility in treated to some of the women’s crimes, Emerge from this main objective several sub-goals are:1- Monitoring women’s crimes that were covered by study newspapers.
2- Knowing the extent of agreement / difference in the study newspapers in dealing with and addressing women’s crimes during the study period.3- Exposing the motives for criminalizing women in study newspapers.4- Disclosure of methods of press treatment of women’s crimes.
5- Interpreting the study newspapers ’interest in women’s crimes in light of the theory of social responsibility in terms of accuracy, honesty, objectivity, impartiality and respect for the privacy of individuals.
6- Analysis of women’s crimes in the light of feminist theory.7- To get acquainted with the sources of the study newspapers that depend on them for their treatment of women’s crimes.8- Monitoring the most prominent forms and press arts used in presenting the press material published in the study newspape- Determining the location for publishing women’s crimes in study newspapers.10- Knowing the attractions that are used to display women’s crimes, such as pictures, drawings and documents accompanying the published article.Third: the theoretical framework for the study: - This study is based on its theoretical framework from the data of the theory of social and moral responsibility of the media and the feminist perspective.Fourth: the methodic Framework For study: - This study belongs to descriptive or explanatory studies or research which aims to describe the phenomenon and analysis it, through the collection of data and information, therefore researcher depend on two methods (Media Survey, Comparative) to fit with the nature of the study. The study depend on data collection on the following tools: (Content analysis form, interviews, official documents)Fifth: The study sample: It was taken into consideration in the study sample to be representative of the Egyptian newspapers with their currents (National, partisan, private, and specialized) as represented by (Al-Ahram newspaper, Al-Wafd, Al-Masry Al-Youm, Akhbar Elhwadth) from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017.Sixth: Results of the study1- The editorial policy of the study sample newspapers (Al-Ahram - Akhbar Elhwadth - Al-Wafd - Al-Masry Al-Youm) differed in its publication of women’s crime news during the period of the analytical study. The study newspapers focused on dealing with murders in the forefront of dealing with the crimes committed by women, followed by prostitution crimes, then crimes of theft, and then came the rest of the crimes from kidnapping - bribery - fraud - pitching2- The study newspapers did not care to publish the demographic characteristics of the criminal woman
3- The study newspapers adhered to the dimensions of the social responsibility theory of the press during the publication of a woman’s crimes where the commitment came in terms of assigning information to specific sources and commitment to honesty, accuracy and thoroughness during the presentation of journalistic issues related to women’s crimes, but she did not adhere to her social responsibility in terms of respecting the privacy of individuals in some journalistic issues, In addition to publishing press issues before the final ruling and before the accused stands before a fair court.
4- The results of the analytical study showed occupation ”News materials” is top to journalistic arts used in study newspapers during the analysis period and finally, ”Investigative materials” came while study newspapers did not address the arts of opinion materials during dealing with women’s crimes.
