- Study problem Development projects in rural Egypt are one of the important economic and social service sectors that are of great interest to both the government and the private sector, due to their pivotal role in satisfying the needs of the local population, and to meet and solve their problems, in addition to their essential role in achieving the economic and social goals of the state. Biogas is one of the most renewable energy resources and is obtained by fermenting animal and plant waste in a special container, bio-digester, which is rich in methane and carbon dioxide and is then used for lighting, cooking and other purposes.
In this project the organic waste is fermented into compost using bio-jazz technology and in this way organic residues are fermented from animal, plant, human, industrial and aquatic such as nile rose separated from the air by anaerobic bacteria, where this method produces a mixture of gas methane, carbon dioxide and other gases as well as organic fertilizer The government’s policy of promoting the rights of women and girls is a priority for the government The way society is organized as one of the ways of social work that aims to bring about positive change in all aspects of society to achieve development. 2- The objectives of the study This study seeks to achieve the main goal of the assessment of social outcome of the bio-gas project in the development of rural families in Assiut prefecture A set of sub-objectives emerges from this objective 1. Determining the level of improvement in the standard of living of rural families in Assiut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas). 1- Determining the outcome of the project on the family cohesion of rural families in Assiut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas).
3- Identifying the training efforts of rural families in Assiut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas).
4- Determining the outcome of these projects on protecting the rural environment from pollution for families in Assiut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas).
5- Identifying the difficulties faced by rural families in Assiut governorate when implementing the renewable energy project (Biogas) from the perspective of the way the community is organized.

7- Develop a conceptual framework from the point of view of organizing the society to activate the social and economic benefit of the biogas project in rural development.
3- Study questions:
This study seeks to answer the main question: is there a tangible social outcome on the renewable energy project (Biogas) in the development of rural families in Assiut province?
The following sub-questions arise from it:
1. What is the contribution of the Renewable Energy Project (Biogas) to improving the standard of living of rural families benefiting from the project in Assiut governorate?
2. What is the contribution of the Renewable Energy Project (Biogas) to improving the family cohesion of rural families benefiting from the project in Assiut governorate?
3. What is the contribution of the Renewable Energy Project (Biogas) to raising awareness and training for rural families benefiting from the project in Assiut governorate?
4. What is the contribution of the Renewable Energy Project (Biogas) to protecting the environment from pollution for rural families benefiting from the project in Assiut governorate?
5. What difficulties have rural families faced in Asyut governorate when implementing the renewable energy project (Biogas)?
6. What are the proposals that help to activate the renewable energy project (Biojaz project) in the development of rural families in Assiut governorate from the perspective of the way the community is organized?
4- Study concepts:
The basic definitions that will be used in the study can be identified as follows:
1. The concept of assessment of social outcome.
2. Renewable Energy Concept.
3. The concept of the project (Bio Jazz).
4. The concept of rural families.
5- Methodological procedures for the study:
A- Type of study:
This study is based on descriptive studies.
B-The method used:
The researcher uses a comprehensive social survey method.
1- The method of comprehensive social survey, for ngos in Assiut city implementing the project and the rural families implementing the project.

(a) Presentation of conclusions for the first objective.
The activities of the social programs provided by the Biogas project to improve the standard of living for rural families benefiting from the biogas project from the point of view of the board members and employees.
1. Social outcome of the biogas project:
The study showed the social out come of the biogas project with relative strength (75%) The vast majority of biogas contributed to reducing energy squabbling, which averaged a weighted average of (2.38%), and the lowest percentage of the latter provided the burden of expenses to rural families with a weighted average of (1.52%).
2. Economic outcome of the biogas project:
The study showed the economic outcome of the Biogas project with relative strength (72.2%): the highest percentage was that biogas provides the energy required for daily life, which reached a weighted average of (2.82%). The latest ranking is that the biogas contributes to an increase in income with a weighted average of 1.5 percent. This demonstrates the importance of the biogas project in improving the economic level of families.
3. Healthy outcome of the biogas project:
The study showed the health outcome of the biogas project with a relative strength of (52%), the vast majority of the project follows safety and environmental safety, which reached a weighted average of (2.74%), while in the latter order the contribution of the project to increase the health awareness of my family with an average capacity (1.72%), indicating that the project maintains the overall health of the members of the rural family 4 .Educational outcome of the Biogas Project The study showed the educational outcome of the Biogas project with a relative strength of (84%) The vast majority of rural families’ education came in safe use of biogas with an average capacity (2.92%), while the latter was the contribution of the project to improving the educational level of the family by paying the expenses of the children’s education with an average capacity (1.5%), which confirms that the educational return is a medium percentage as the project contributes to energy savings but is not a profitable project that generates income and therefore the project does not contribute significantly to reducing the burden of educational expenses ) Presentation of conclusions for the second objective Improving the family cohesion of rural families in Asyut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas) from the point of view of the members of the board of directors and employees The study showed the improvement of the family cohesion of rural families in Asyut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biojaz) with a relative strength of (76.7%), the vast majority of the association’s contribution to improving the social relations network between families, parents and neighbors came with an average capacity (2.6%), and the lower percentage of teaching households to do household work at an average capacity (1.7%), this indicates the role of the association in achieving the family cohesion of rural families in Asyut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas (c) Presentation of conclusions for the third objective Educating and training rural families in Assiut governorate who benefit from the Biogas project from the point of view of the workers of ngos and members of the governing bodies The results of the field study in relation to the members of the Board of Directors and employees of ngos in accordance with the training of rural families in The Province of Assiut explained the beneficiaries of the renewable energy project (Biogas) with relative strength (83%) (the vast majority of the association held educational courses to raise awareness of the importance of development projects, which reached an average weighted average of (2.94) while in the last ranking the association offers educational courses on house keeping and environmental conservation with a weighted average of (1.9) and this confirms the need for ngos to hold trainings d) Presentation of conclusions for the fourth goal The extent to which the environment is protected from pollution for rural families in Asyut governorate, which benefits from the bio-jazz project from the point of view of the board members and employees The results of the study showed the protection of the environment from pollution for rural families in Assiut governorate benefiting from the renewable energy project (Biogas) with relative strength (89.4%), the vast majority of the gas produced by the use of biogas is clean and safe on the environment with an average capacity (2.7%), while the last percentage that the project does not make noise, the resulting sounds are low (2.3%), which shows how clean the gas produced by the biogas project is in order to maintain the environment and get clean energy e) Presentation of conclusions for goal 5 The difficulties faced by the association in the implementation of the biogas project from the point of view of the members of the board of directors and employees The results of the study showed the difficulties faced by the association when implementing the biogas project with relative strength (74%) The largest percentage came from the lack of a marketing plan for the project with an average capacity (2.36%), and in the latter order was twice the demand for the project due to the presence of alternatives to the company with an average capacity (1.7%).
