Abstract

The sequence of the cleavage site of F gene for two strains were 112 R R Q K R F117.Both of them are velogenic strains and belonged to class II NDV genotype VIId. The two viruses were closely related to NDV isolates from China. The first experiment performed on broiler chickens at summer season. After measuring HI titer for all groups, all chickens had HI titer ≥ 4 log2 resulting in protection against infection with challenged virus (NDV-DAK-2-15) with 108.6 EID50/dose/chick. The response of immunity in male layer for vaccination with live attenuated and inactivated vaccines better than response of broiler to vaccination with inactivated vaccines. Inaddition, the vaccinated groups of male layers with inactivated simultaneous with live attenuated vaccines induced high HI titer and high protection 100% and produced early immune response.
