Abstract

Humans are exposed to sodium fluoride from a number of sources, while in organic and inorganic compounds in soil and water as well as in plants and animals consumed by humans in food, and excluding industrial emissions, the largest environmental source of fluoride is fluoridated water resources, Reduce or reduces tooth decay.
The results of this study indicate that the effect of harmful sodium fluoride on the process of sperm formation and fertility in male rats, and also on fertility in female rats has been achieved by analyzing some different measurements in both blood as well as tissues of the testis and uterus and ovarian This study proved that lanolin reduced the the effects were also reflected by improvements in the criteria studied.
This study recommends that the extract of inulin should be considered in future therapeutic approaches to control the negative effects of sodium fluoride on the fertility of rats. An environmental study should also be conducted to estimate the level of sodium fluoride in drinking water, soil and plants to reduce the negative effects of excessive exposure to sodium fluoride.
