The study is entitled ”Using the Semantic Approach in the Development of Poetic Texts Analysis and Criticism Skills in Secondary School Students,” as a prerequisite to obtain a doctorate degree in education, under the specialization of Curricula and Arabic Language Methodology.
The study is divided into four chapters as follows:
Chapter One deals with the general framework of the research problem and the study plan.
Chapter Two handles the theoretical framework of study and previous studies or the available previous literature.
Chapter Three covers the study procedures and statistical treatments.
Chapter Four and the last chapter present the results, a discussion for them, their interpretation and recommendations of study.
Then the researcher followed the study with a conclusion, a list of Arabic and foreign references, and their related supplements
In light of the structure of study and the treatment of all the divisions of study, the research presents some suggestions for any future studies worthy in the educational field and Arabic language methodology, including the following:
1. To use several language approaches in the development of language skills among students in secondary stage.
2. To use language approaches in the development of creative writing skills among students in secondary .stage
