انياً- ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية. I- The problem of the study The Societys interest in and care for its children is one of the basic criteria that determine the level of civilizational progress. It has been proved that investment in human resources is the main source of strength for all sectors of society , especially investment in childhood should be placed at the top of the priorities in the planning of development processes. The stage of childhoodis the most important stage in the life of the human being , during which he forms his personality with different cognitive emotional , social and behavioral. The Egyption society has been subjected to many changes that have led to several developments in various fields. However , as is the change in the society. Hence , the problems and crises that effect most of the society negatively affect all sectors of society. and the most groups affected by that was the egyption family which was affected socially , culturally and economically , which led them to abandon some of the roles en trusted to them to overcome many problems , especially the economic ones , such as poverty. In order to overcome these problems of poverty the main motive behind the payment of many of the families of their childern to go out to work at an early age to improve the living conditioons of the family , which resulted in depriving the child of the most basic rights in the development of the establishment of ahealthy and satisfy his needs like the rest of his peers are almost age. from here the spread of childern labor phenomenon increased and it becomes abig and serious problem. there is no doubt that the child labor in the industrial field suffers from many psychological , social , economic , recreational and educational problems resulting from non-satisfaction of their needs during this period due to the factors related to the childern , their families , the community and the work places themselves. The child welfare is one of the important areas of the social service profession because it is pant of the field work of social welfare aimed at achieving well-being and adaptation of the child and improving the conditions of the family where the social workers in many roles and jobs and provide a lot of recreational and cultural services and solve problems and satisfy his needs.
It is possible to say that the direction of public practice in the social service is one of the best direction through which childern. can work in the rural sector. As the social service in its basic nature based on public practice because the focus of the broad interest is the relations between people and their environments that surround them. The problem of the study can be framed in the following title (The risks to young girls working in the formal sector and the role of public practice in the social service to fact them) II- Importance of the study The importance of the study was identified in the following points: ⦁ Childhood is an important stage in human life. in that boiler , the child is constructed with knowledge , concepts and experiences. ⦁The childern represent awide segment of the international community asawhole between the age of birth and the 18 th age , about half of the world population in 2009 which estimated nearly 1.72% milion in egypt in 2010. ⦁The increasing global attention to the issues of childhood in general and the work of minors in particular and those because of the problems and risks that are exposed to them , which negatively affect their personalities and their mental and health. ⦁The trend of these ” girls ” to work and leave education presents the future of these childern at risk , which affects the process of development in society and that requires the need to put and end to the phenomenon of child labor.⦁ There are many risks to young girls who working in the informal sector , whether they are exposed to health , psychological , social and economic risks.⦁ The field of child welfare is one of the most important areas in which the profession of social service works in general and public practice in particular with childern at risk and child workers.⦁Children welfare is one of the most important areas of concern in the social work profession generally and in general practice particularly, through this area the profession contributes in the development issues, particularly human resource development III- The study Objectives The objectives of the study were identified in the following points:⦁Identify the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector⦁ Identify the services provided to underage Girls working at informal sector.⦁Identify the roles of the general practitioner in reducing the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector.⦁Identify the obstacles that facing the general practitioner during his career’s roles practice with underage Girls working at informal sector⦁Reach a suggested program from generalist social wok perspective to reduce the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sectorIV- The study questions The Questions of the study were identified as the following:⦁ What are the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector?⦁What are the services provided to underage Girls working at informal sector⦁ What are the roles of the general practitioner in reducing the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector?⦁ What are the obstacles that facing the general practitioner during his career’s roles practice with underage Girls working at informal sector?⦁What are the a suggested program from generalist social wok perspective to reduce the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector?V- The concepts of the studyThe basic concepts of the study were identified as the following:1 - The concept of the general social work practice.2 - The concept of the Risks.<3 - The concept of underage Girls.4 - The concept of informal sector.his career’s roles with them.The Used methodology:Methodological procedures of study:Type of study: The current study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies.Method used: The researcher used in the study of the methodology of social survey comprehensive.Comprehensive survey: for young girls who benefit from the services of these private associations.Comprehensive social survey: methodology for specialists working in private associations in manfalut , assuit governorate.

The researcher in this study depended on the following tools:⦁ A questionnaire for underage Girls working at informal sector in manfalot.⦁A questionnaire for social workers were working at informal sector in manfalot.Fields of the study:⦁ Spatial field:The spatial domain of this study determined at informal sector in manfalot.⦁ The human field (domain):The human field of this study was selected according to the following:The study was implemented in acomprehensive survey of specialists working in private associations and acomprehensive survey of young girls working in agriculture. the social workers working in the community development societies of manfalut center , numbering 60 girls and 8 social workers , were collected from community development associations in manfalut.⦁ Spatial field:The study was applied of five associations for the development of the local community in manfalut assuit govenorate as follows:
⦁ Community development association in south of Al-Mandhara.⦁ Al-Roshed society for the development of the community in bany rafea.⦁ Community development association in bany rafea.>⦁Community development association in Jhaddam.
⦁ Community development association in El-Azayeh.⦁Time domain field: is the period of data collection from the field which was the period from 25/3/2017 until 7/5/2017.VII- Results of the studyThe results of the study represented in the following:⦁ Results of the study proved that the main reasons that enhance underage Girls working at informal sector in manfalot to work at an early age is as follows; firstly to help their families, secondly self-dependence, thirdly failure in the study, fourthly for their desire to learn a craft.⦁ Results of the study proved that underage Girls working at informal sector in manfalot suffer from some problems from the view’s of working children such as the following; health problems, followed by social problems, followed by behavioral& ethical problems, followed by psychological problems, and from the view’s of social workers health problems, followed by behavioral& ethical problems, followed by psychological problems, followed by social problems.⦁Results of the study proved the presence of a range of services introduced to underage Girls working at informal sector in manfalot elawamer presented as the following; from the view’s of working children health services, followed by the industry security services, followed by social services, followed by rehabilitation and improve working conditions services, but from the view’s of social workers health services and industrial security services, followed by rehabilitation and improve working conditions services, followed by social services The study proposed a suggested program from the perspective of the generalist social work practice to reduce the Risks of underage Girls working at informal sector and it includes the following elements:⦁The rules of the suggested program.
⦁ The philosophy of the suggested program.
⦁ The objectives of the suggested program.
⦁ The systems which general practitioner dealing with them in the suggested program.⦁The theories, models and perspectives that direct the suggested program.⦁ Strategies used in the suggested program.⦁Tools and techniques of professional practice used in the suggested program.⦁The skills used in the suggested program⦁The steps of the general practice in dealing with the Risks of underage Girls working in the suggested program. ⦁ Functions and roles of the general practitioner with working children in the suggested perception.⦁The success factors of the suggested perception.
