Abstract The present study was carried out at a private poultry farm under supervision of Animal Production Department,Faculty of Agriculture, TantaUniversity, during the period -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; June to July br 2015 The main objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of two sources and four levels of phytase on productive performance,physiological status and the economic efficiency of broiler chicks.A total of 405 unsexed day old Ross X Ross 308 broiler chicks br were randomly distributed into equal 9 dietary treatments groups through starter, grower and finisher periods as follow: A control -#103;-#114;-#111;-#117;-#112; fed basal diet without phytase supplementation.T1) Control diet supplemented with 500 FTU coated phytase /kg diet,T2) Control diet supplemented with 1000 FTU coated phytase /kg diet,T3) Control diet supplemented with 1500 FTU coated phytase /kg diet,T4) Control diet supplemented with 2000 FTU coated phytase /kg diet,T5) Control diet supplemented with 500 FTU thermal phytase /kg diet,T6) Control diet supplemented with 1000 FTU thermal phytase/kg diet T7) Control diet supplemented with 1500 FTU thermal phytase/kg diet T8) Control diet supplemented with 2000 FTU thermal phytase/kg diet The response criteria considered were live body weight, body br weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion. Slaughter -#99;-#104;-#97;-#114;acteristics, blood constituents, digestive organs measurements, tibia bone parameters and the economic efficiency were also evaluated. |
