life stress has become one of the phenomena of human life that require human coexistence with them, and develop a certain efficiency to adapt to it, and therefore can not refrain them or escape them because that would mean a lack of effectiveness and weakening its ability to adapt and failure in life. Objectives of the study: Can determine the objectives of the study in an attempt to identify: 1. the relationship between Vocational adjustment and big five factors of personality and self – efficacy for a sample of teaching staff in Mustansirya University. 2. The differences between males and females teaching staff in Vocational adjustment, big five factors of personality And self – efficacy. Method : comparative Correlative descriptive method. Sample :The study sample consisted of (250) faculty Mustansiriya University members, divided into 125 male, 125 female, were selected occasional sample in a way, because there are no lists of community origin, and you know this sample as the sample that comes its members offer; any without prior arrangement, and the researcher chooses its members because that’s what his availability and made available to him , This has ranged between the ages (35-55 years), with an average (42.5 years) and a standard deviation of (9.4).Tools of the study :1. Scale of Vocational adjustment ” preparation : researcher”.2. Scale of big five factors of personality ” preparation : Costa & McCrae, 1992 Translation: Hussein 0.2010”.3. Scale of self – efficacy ” preparation : Abdullah, and Akkad, 2006”. Results of the study: 1. There is statistical significance relationship between Vocational adjustment and big five factors of personality for a sample of teaching staff in Mustansirya university .2. There is statistical significance relationship between Vocational adjustment and self – efficacy for a sample of teaching staff in Mustansirya university .3. There is statistical significance differences between males and females teaching staff in Vocational adjustment in the direction of males.4. There is statistical significance differences between males and females teaching staff in big five factors of personality in the direction of males .5. There is statistical significance differences between males and females teaching staff in self – efficacy in the direction of males.6. Unpredictable Vocational adjustment through degree Screened in big five factors of personality and self – efficacy.
