Abstract
Part one include a survey on a farm contain 262 Holstein cattle and applied a super immune regimeas 50 ml/ animal and study its effect on total milk production,days open , total calving percent,total pneumatic dead calves percent, total diarrheic dead calves and total dead calves due to anther causes and comparing the result with previous year without super immune.
Second part include , experiment on 12 Holstein cattle divided into two groups each one contain six animal s which one kept as control while the second orally administed super immune 50ml /animal one month before parturition and study its effect on blood cells count, hemoglobin count , blood cells indices and protein electrophoresis.
Third part include: experiment on 12 Holstein calves divided into two groups each one contain six animal s which one kept as control while the second orally administed super immune 10ml /animal for four months and showed its effect on calves body weight and weekly body gain.
Finally, we concluded the efficacy of super immune as immunostimulant and growth promoter and the ability of its application in farms due to its effect of increasing milk production and so, elevation immunity and the production of the animal.
