Introduction:
Witness the current period many revolutions in the field of knowledge, information and technology, which is the
responsibility of the task of education prepare a generation unable to cope with the innovations of this era of communications and rich media technology, superior methods, multiple exploratory methods, lessons and e-lectures, and learning environments and
virtual finally courses full high-existing on the web, no longer the philosophy of education and traditional education methods and means to meet the requirements of this era of rapid change .
Since education is the infrastructure entity of any nation and industry future direct association with the construction of human thought and orientation, so it has received Educational Thought attention and focus by the state and is the official and primary sponsor of the development and also by international bodies and national institutions working in the field of education to provide information and processing and organization of through information technology and reformulated quantity and quality of appropriate policies, strategies and programs to achieve the
development and renewal of educational reform, and conduct the necessary research to develop mode.
Research problem:
from the previous analysis and presentation of the research problem evident in:
The existence of shortcomings with technology education students faculties quality of education in some of the educational fees production skills and there is an urgent need and essential to
the development of those skills so current research seeks to address these shortcomings by finding Blended learning program and measure its effectiveness in the development of some of the educational fees production skills.
Research Questions:
from the previous analysis and presentation of the research problem evident in:
What the Effectiveness of Blended Learning Program in Developing Graphics Educational Production Skills among Educational Technology Students in the Light of Quality Standards?
The ramifications of this question, the following sub-questions:
- -۱What is the standard levels necessary for quality educational
graphics?
.۲What skills needed in tuition fees for students of educational technology production?
.۳What image Built-learning program for the development of educational graphics production skills?
.٤What the effectiveness of the proposed program on the development of achievement-related knowledge and concepts of educational graphics?
.٥What the effectiveness of the proposed program on the graphics associated with the production of educational skills development?
Research objectives:
The goal of current research to design learning program built for the development of educational fees production skills of technology education students, and the ramifications of this goal the following objectives:
1-Determine the standard levels of educational graphics.
2-Identification of educational graphics production skills of educational technology students.
3-Select an image built-learning program for the development of educational graphics production skills.
4-measure the impact of the program on the use of the collection associated with the knowledge and concepts of educational graphics.
5-measure the impact of the program on the use of educational fees associated with the production skills.
Research hypotheses:
The current research sought to verify some of the following assumptions
.۱There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the control group members that are taught in the usual way and the experimental group students taught using the program in the achievement test.
.۲There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the control group members that are taught in the usual way and the experimental group students taught using the program in the note card.
Research Methodology:
The current research is based on the following approaches :
 descriptive approach:
Which describes what is an object and its interpretation, this approach has been used in the current search for the description and analysis of previous studies in the literature and a list of
standard educational levels of graphics and visualization to provide built-learning program.
Quasi-experimental approach:
A method which is used to investigate the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
Has been the use of quasi-experimental approach in the current search to uncover the relationship between the following variables:
Independent variable:
Includes research on the independent variable and one which:
Blended-learning program.
Dependent Variables:
Search includes Ali Two variables are: the development of achievement and skills.
Find the limits:
The current research is limited to the following limits.
 sample of first year students of the Department of Education Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University for the academic year 2013-2014 m
some educational skills in graphics production decision educational graphics production (coloring - Skill zoom skill - skill miniaturization squares.
The research sample:
The application of research on a sample deliberate first year students Division of Education Technology, Faculty of Specific Education (Ain Shams University) and formed the research
sample of (30) students were divided into two groups, the initial trial of (15) students, is considering using a computerized program, and the second the control number (15) students taught
the usual traditional way, as each of them applies achievement test and note card tribal and Uday.
Search Tools:
1- Calendar tool: pretest / dimensions to measure student achievement of the cognitive side.
2- Note Card skill performance tribal / dimensions of the students.
3- List the skills that can be developed through the built-education
program.
4- List the levels of educational standard for graphics.
Experimental design to search:
The current research included the two groups:
1-The control group: the traditional method used in the study of some of the skills of educational graphics production.
2-The experimental group: that uses a built-in learning some skills study the production of educational graphics.
Search procedures:
First, build a list of standard levels of instruction for the graphics to be employed in educational situations through:
analysis of the literature associated with the levels of the educational standard for graphics.

cognitive achievement test while ensuring reliability and validity of the test.

Fifth: monitoring results and processed statistically and confirm hypotheses.
Sixth: discuss the results and their interpretation and analysis.
Seventh, make recommendations and proposals in light of what has resulted from the search results.
