summary
*INTRODUCTION
This era is considered the era the era of great technological revolution, computer is considered one of this great informative revolution whose usage became a necessity in all fields as a result using computer in several school particularly kindergarten became a matter that many parents and educationists are interested in.
That because childhood stage occupies a special significance, it is the critical age stage in individual`s life through which pillars of building his personality are settled, impact and observation of what surround the child of characteristics and merits are done in it which help in guiding and sustaining his cognitive development and psychological and social maturity subsequently.
We find that computer companies compete in producing attractive programs that attracts the attention of children, this engrossment makes them uncombined with those surrounding them and their social interaction reduces as a result their chance in increasing their linguistic achievement decreases.
However some parents may prefer the sitting of their sons in front of computer for hours in order not to cause them any kind of disturbance, they ignore the problems totally that may lead to the inability of making social relations with others and acquiring linguistic terms that enable them from increasing their linguistic achievement and development.
*STUDY SIGNIFICANCE:
•It lies in several aspects which are:
1.The Theoretical Significance:
A-It is the study of this early age stage which is not to need of the trial of clarifying its significance.
B-Studying computer`s usage and identifying its negative and positive impacts on preschool children.
2.The Applied Significance:
A-Identifying results to offer guidance and awareness for family and school that helps them on optimum usage of computer as the best advanced technological methods to enhance linguistic development of the child.
*STUDY PROBLEM:
Recently interest in providing computer for kindergarten child at home and school by the aim of enhancing his educational aspect besides using it as mean for playing and entertainment, the child then sits for hours in front of computer in alienation in order not to interact with those surrounding him, doesn`t acquire several terms that increase his linguistic earnings from those surrounding him, there are children that deal with computer by malady way as some children prefer sitting in front of computer than family particularly in some occasions, from here study idea emerged, notifying previous studies uncovered that there is a difference between studies results between supporter and resistant to offer computer for the child in such dangerous age stage in which child`s personality is formed.
(james Jonson, 1985), (eswine, tracey, 1998), (sartorio, Victoria, 1993) are from supporting studies that indicate computer increase linguistic development of the child.
*STUDY OBJECTIVS:
1.Identifying the relation between using computer activities and degree of linguistic development of kindergarten child.
2.Uncovering differences between children who use computer and children who are non-users of computer in their linguistic development.
*STUDY INQUIRIES:
1.Is there a correlative relation between using computer activities and degree of linguistic development of kindergarten child?
2.There are statistically significant differences between degrees of computer using children and computer non using children in linguistic development.
3-There are statistically significant differences between degrees of computer using children of both sexes in linguistic development.

*THE METHODOLOGICAL PROCEDURES OF THE STEDY:
•Study Limits:
This study is identified by variables that are study subject which is using computer and linguistic development for preschool children; it is identified in view of sample, tools and used statistical methods.
*Study Methodology
•The Methodology: it used the descriptive methodology in the study.
•Study Sample: it consists of 60 children in kindergarten; they are divided equally, aging between (5:6) years.
1.15 males and 15 females of computer users at home and kindergarten.
2.15 males and 15 females of computer non-users at home and kindergarten.
3.Primary data concerning computer using children and computer non-using children.
4.Language scale (sub test versus age section in study sample)
(Emad El-Deen Ismael and other, 1994).
