Knowledge, Practices and Attitudes of Rural Women Towards Small Agricultural Projects,
SUMMARY
The Arab Republic of Egypt Interested in development of rural communities, with the aim of improving the living conditions of population. woman contributes and benefits from development process on an equal footing as man, so the negligence of woman and her serious role in development is considered waste of energy, as woman is an integral part of the community where produces more than half of food in developing societies that it must work to integrate woman in the production process.
Woman’s establishment of agricultural projects does not benefit the small family and the rural community, but society as a whole, as they represent a realistic foundation in developing countries where it can always start to push the development process from their, and the degree of participation of rural woman in the rural agricultural projects affected with many of the personal, social and community factors. In spite of the capability of woman to do many of the social, economic and political things, she is still far from participating and contributing to the small agricultural projects.
For importance of womans role in society, extension apparatus can provide her with knowledge and skills which she needs in this area through its programs as the agricultural extension is the communication between agricultural research and who needs directing.

The ever-increasing number of people in many nations, including Egypt, which led to the existence of the problem of unemployment for the state had paid particular attention to the small agricultural projects to reduce the problem of unemployment, especially exploit untapped energy potential in the half of society, namely women and the objective of the application of those projects and take care of it is events behavioral changes desired and warranted by economic and social effects.
Because of the strategic importance of small-scale agricultural projects in general and rural women in particular, it increases the national income and upgrading of living in all its aspects.
Some studies which performed in small projects domain which relative to the rural woman considers this projects and her lack of investigation for her goals which established from becomes clear her, and your lowness either for DROP of knowledges and practiced and rural directions of the woman in this projects or to the problems which justified countrymen before beginning faced, and during his execution, and metabolisms during marketing of this productions .
Therefore, there was need for such a study to identify the knowledge, practices and trends of rural women towards agricultural projects, small and identify those variables and the ability and predictive them, identify sources of knowledge of rural women recommendations technical study on the subject, in the hope to develop outreach programs for rural women working to improve these projects.

1-Personal, social and communication characteristics of rural women towards small agricultural projects

8-Problems facing rural women during her stay for the small-scale agricultural projects.
Data of 295 studies are collected and addressed from tahla village of Banha center and from Aghor village of Toukh center through a questionnaire personal interview with who are subjected to the study. The previously selected data initially have been compiled and analyzed and then unloading this study using simple correlation coefficient for the simple Pearson correlation and multiple rising regression ,in addition to the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of repetitions and percentages
The most important results of the study have been reached as follows: Results indicate a marked decline in the level of

knowledge of who are subjected to the study about the majority of the items studied. The results show that the degree of knowledge of rural women in small agricultural projects related to the moral level of 0.01 when both the degree of age, the degree of their education , and the degree of exposure of reference sources, and degree of willingness to take risks, the degree of leadership, a trend towards investment, the degree of the trend towards agricultural extension, and the degree of the trend towards modernity, and the degree of organizations within the community, and the degree of services offered by such organizations within the community, and the degree of benefit from organizations within the community, and while there was no moral relationship with other variables studied and the degree of contribution of children in farm work, the degree of ambition discussed in educating children .
Results also indicate a marked decline in the level of their practices of the majority of the items examined, the results of the study showed that the degree of practice of rural women of small- . scale agricultural projects were related at the level of moral 0.01, with the degree of sons’ contribution in agricultural work, the degree of exposure to sources of agricultural information, The exposure of reference sources, the degree of women ambition towards the education of their children, and the degree of leadership, while there was no relationship of the rest of the independent variables examined ; the age, and degree of education discussed, and the degree of willingness to take risks, and the degree of the trend towards investment, the degree of the trend towards agricultural extension, The degree of the trend towards modernity, and the degree of organizations within the community,

and the services provided by those organizations in the community, and the degree taking benefit from organizations in the community,
The results also indicate that more than three quarters of the subjected women were positive about the small agricultural projects. The results of the study showed that the degree of trend of rural women towards the small agricultural projects were related at the level of moral 0.01 each age, and degree of education discussed and the degree of contribution of children in farm work, the degree of exposure to sources of information, the degree of willingness to take risks, and the degree of the trend towards modernity, and the degree of organizations within the community and the degree of services provided by organizations within the community, and the degree of benefit from organizations within the community, while there are no moral relation with the rest of the independent variables examined: the degree of exposure to reference sources, the degree of the women ambition towards the education of their children, and the degree of leadership.
The study also showed the main problems facing the studied women are arranged as following: The continuous rise in the cost of raw materials by 88.1%, high interest on loans by 78.6%, the exploitation by some traders by 72.9%, many of the required guarantees funded by 51.5%. The inability to repay loans on schedule by 49.2%, and the inability to sell the product or export by 48.1%, and inadequate education programs for youth monitoring 47.8%. The rest of the problems mentioned by small margins.

Recommendations
The importance of this study due to throw the light on small-scale agricultural projects, so it is necessary to follow the results of this study to get to what this results explain from theorical, methodological and applicational dimensions. This study achieved research objectives and in light of achievment of this objectives, the study had to draw some features that concerneds could be planning and implementation of such projects in their minds when developing methods to deal with these perpetrators of these projects for the advancement of which are concentrated in decide of recommendations and suggestions:
1-Institution of agricaltural extension in Qaliubia governorate provides the rural with abundant information on the knowledge and practices of small-scale agricultural projects, to amend their knowledge of the practice of small-scale agricultural projects
2-To intensify the educational efforts indicative both the benefits and advantages of the deployment of these projects between rural and therefore pro-amendment trends neutral or any that have not yet decided its position towards agricultural projects, small and strengthening trends loyal towards those projects among rural women, for the expansion of agricultural projects to reduce unemployment and increase family income.
3-Paying attent;qn to the beacon Qaliubia governorate to take the necessary measures to find the most appropriate solutions to the obstacles faced by rural women in their application for the project before its implementation agricultural small, and during its implementation, and marketing of products

such as during: Toviralamwad crude at reasonable prices commensurate with the return of the relief to small owner of the project, reducing the price interest on loans by the financiers of these projects in order to the growth of small-scale agricultural projects, especially by the Social Fund for Development and the local development fund to encourage rural women to lending, the study factors that help Might the success of the project and in particular to identify marketing opportunities to help rural products to market the project to avoid exploitation of some traders , reducing the required guarantees from the sponsors, to give a grace period for loan repayment appropriate deadlines, work training programs for rural women to develop their cognitive architecture of how implementation of agricultural projects, small study of the factors that help to increase the export capacity of small-scale agricultural projects.
4-The need for the universities and conduct research to do studies and similar research into account the application of this research to communities and different geographic regions according; to the different level of development and the prevailing pattern of activities can be identified even in the form of phenomenon in varying circumstances.
